Overview

ReceivePoint (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates receivepoint.com. This policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

ReceivePoint is currently in a pre-launch phase. The only service available at this time is a waitlist registration. This policy reflects that scope and will be updated when the full product launches.

What We Collect

When you register for the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your role selection (individual, business, or carrier/platform)
• The date and time of your registration

We do not collect your name, mailing address, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

How We Use It

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Notify you when ReceivePoint launches or when relevant updates occur
• Understand the composition of our waitlist to prioritize product development
• Send a one-time confirmation email when you register

We will not email you for marketing purposes unrelated to ReceivePoint, and we will not add your address to any third-party marketing list.

How We Store It

Waitlist registrations are stored in a Supabase database hosted on infrastructure provided by Supabase, Inc. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using AES-256.

We use Resend to deliver transactional email. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of sending your registration confirmation.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. This applies to all data collected at every stage of our product.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics on this site. We may use basic server-side analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@receivepoint.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA.

Data Retention

We retain waitlist registrations until the waitlist program ends or until you request deletion. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing privacy@receivepoint.com.

Children

ReceivePoint is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy when the full ReceivePoint product launches, as the scope of data collection and processing will change significantly. We will notify waitlist registrants of material changes by email before they take effect.
